I am 20 years old and looking for paid writing jobs where I can write and send in my work. I am working on my BA English currently with background in Theological studies. My specialty is in creative writing including short stories, poetry, and longer fiction but I am fully capable of many other types of nonfiction, constructive reviews, and editing.

You will be hard pressed to find online markets that pay for creative writing. You can google ?freelance writer? or ?freelance editor,? and depending on your experience, (which isn?t much, comparatively speaking), connect with people who are looking for editorial services.
I?m a freelance writer/editor with nearly 20 years experience and I can tell you it?s a jungle out there. People don?t want quality; they want cheap. You will never get any kind of response from most of the work you bid on. It?s frustrating.
Check Craig?s List in your area for many good examples of what I?m talking about.
