Who are we?

What is the role?
- As a business development manager your primary tasks will be to generate and close a number of sales opportunities across our range of core competencies.
- You will be working with our Business Intelligence and Research team to identify potential sales openings and coordinate with the practice managers to pitch for, and win new business.
Who are we looking for??
- Experienced Sales people able to capably sell consulting services (predominantly in change management) to the financial services industry.?
- We need someone with deep understanding of sales process, able to identify and respond to the buying signals and really know what it takes to close the deal' efficiently.
- Successful candidates are likely to have experience in Financial Services Industry, possibly from a Software, Consultancy, BPO or Recruitment Sales background.
