For the running, jumping, and flame throwers
Many students take in high school track and field events, summer and winter outdoor pool. Athletics is an excellent sport for those who do athletics and increase their agility, without all the pressure a team sport. While there is still some pressure to perform well for the team, especially in races or meets, usually theTitle> athlete's records against their own personal and compete against others in their events.

One of the most exciting events in high school trackand field are the relay races. The typical race length is 4 x 100 m, 4 x 200 m, 4 x 400m and 4 x 800 m. Some schools also take the distance medley relay (DMR) and sprint medley relay (SMR). DMR is the race where one leg of the race is 1200 meters, the next is 400 m, the next is 800 m, and the last is a long process and 1600 m. The SMR consists of a leg of 400 m, 2200 m leg, followed by a leg of 800 meters. Some schools close the gap to one leg of the SMR 200 m, 2100 m leg, followed by400-m leg.
On the inside track
When running outdoors, field events typically found in within the track. These include launch events, such as shot put, hammer throw, javelin and discus throwing and jumping, such as jumping high, long jump, triple jump and pole vault.
Some schools also organize their own competitions decathlon, where athletes in 10 events over 2 consecutive days. The first day,Athletes run the 100 m race, long jump, shot put, high-UMP, and 400 m races. The second day consists of the 110m hurdles, discus throw, pole vault, javelin and 1,500 m races.
